Dear Fergal,
Now that your Christmas is a distant
memory, take a few minutes to reflect on what
was great about your Christmas holidays and
what you would like to have changed. Write
these things down in your diary on a page in
December 2008. When Christmas comes around
this year, have a read of your list and
decide that this year you are going to have
more of the great things and less of the
things you didn't like last year. If you
don't write them down, chances are you will
forget and most likely you will repeat those
same things you didn't like or wanted to
change from last year.
I hope you have an exciting, challenging
and rewarding 2008.

that comes up time and time again as one of
the main barriers for people improving their
time management and becoming more effective
in their roles..

During my work as both a Life Coach and as
a Team facilitator, I come across the age old
problem of people struggling to make
decisions that "threaten" to push them
outside what they are comfortable with. Such
decisions cover a whole range of areas and
the most common are changing jobs, setting up
a new business, expanding the business and
specific personal projects people have been
putting off.
