Synergy Coaching Services offers a facilitation service that supports teams in working more effectively together. Unlike training interventions, a facilitated workshop is completely tailored to the specific team's requiments however there is typically a focus on the 4 main areas below.

1. The Interpersonal dynamics: Helping team members understand each other better, agreeing effective ways of communicating and working with each other.
2. Strategic Vision: What is this team's purpose? What does this team stand for and where is the value of being a Team?
3. Issues / Challenges: What are the top issues facing the team and what can the team do to address them?  
4. Goal setting & Action planning.
